Charged the camera – check!  New walking shoes that will take me all over Athens – yep!  Presentation materials – of course!

If you can guess, these are just a few things that I have had to do to get ready for my upcoming trip.  Well, tomorrow is the big day for me – I will be heading to Athens, Greece to present at my third conference in three weeks.  I am beyond excited!  I will first be flying to Charlotte, NC, and then I have a lay over in Munich, Germany.  I have never been to Germany and it is one of my Dad’s favorite cities, so I am looking forward to it.  Then, I am off to Athens, Greece!

It is seven hours ahead of Tennessee, so I will feel some jetlag, but it is going to be worth it!  I will be presenting on the 7th and the rest of the time I am going to enjoy the sites and other presentations.  Kristin is already in Greece, and has taken some amazing pictures!  Mom will be coming in a few hours after me.  I am looking forward to Greece, and stay tuned for some pictures in the next couple of days!

In preparation for my trip to Greece, I went and found some interesting Greek quotes, and here are some that I thought were interesting –

“All things good to know are difficult to learn.”

“An open enemy is better than a false friend.”

“Character is habit long continued.

Hope you all are having a wonderful day!

Best Wishes,

Karen
