Thanks to all of you who have asked me to upload my presentation at the NCA Conference in New Orleans, I have uploaded my work on my blog. I have uploaded the older power point version for two reasons: 1) the newer pptx version is 38 mb while the less bells-and-whistle ppt version is only around 6 mb , so downloading will be much quicker and 2) some folks may not have the latest powerpoint version.

As most professionals know and others are discovering, social media is here to stay and will be continuing to influence virtually every choice we make in our daily lives in one form or another. Social media reaches various audiences differentially, the young more than the old, but this too is changing.
