I have been a fan of Queen Latifah for a long time– I think she comes across in her films as approachable and professional, and at the same time confident in who she is. When she was named as a spokesperson for Jenny Craig, I was really excited! It seems that Queen Latifah is doing really well on the program, and has even gotten some of her family, friends, and even business partner involved in the program. Here is a link to a YouTube video on it– I think that it was well-done, and it makes everyone come across as having a good time on the Jenny Craig program and very confident in doing well on it. The video sets a happy, fun, and energetic tone– and that is what the Jenny Craig brand represents to me.
Plus, what really makes this video affective is the fact that it shows that if you have a support network and be around people that are also doing the program– it can be a lot of fun! I know for having Mom, Dad, and Kristin on the program with me– it has helped me out tremendously. We talk about where we are at in terms of weight loss, what our favorite meals are (for me– it is the BBQ Chicken pizza with the cookies & cream cheesecake– yum!). We are a team– the family that does Jenny Craig together, and it has really been a wonderful and positive experience! 🙂
