NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships this weekend!

Wow– it’s that time of the year again!  The University of Arkansas will be hosting the 2007 NCAA Indoor Championships tomorrow and Saturday.  ESPN is even going to cover the meet online— neato!  I got a chance to compete at Indoor Nationals four times, for three different universities. 🙂  I competed for SMU in 2002, Florida for 2003 and 2004, and USC for 2006.  I was a two-time All-American indoors.  There were a lot of Read more…

USC Track and Field hosts its First Home Track Meet

Me & Jenny Craig — 50 lbs later!

I’ve lost 50 lbs on Jenny!!!!!Oh my goodness! It has been not even five months on and I have lost 50 lbs. Yes, that is the big 50! 😀 To think of it– that is a lot of weight. First Ph.D. Acceptance and Almost to Graduation!
