I’ve lost 50 lbs on Jenny!!!!!Oh my goodness!

It has been not even five months on and I have lost 50 lbs. Yes, that is the big 50! 😀

To think of it– that is a lot of weight. There are many ways to think about it– for example, before going on the Jenny program– I was carrying around: 5 women’s shot puts (9 lbs each) or a 45 lb plate and a 5 lb plate together Two 25 lb weights OR 2 Women’s weights (20 lbs) and a shot put !
OR Yikes! Just thinking about all that weight is making me dizzy!

wow! I am down over 50 punds with 30 or more to go!

It’s really been great losing all the weight (and getting the chance to wear FABULOUS designer clothes!!!) and I feel great! I have way more energy, and it’s been really easy to do! To give you an idea of where I was– here is a BIG picture of me! Here I am celebrating our 2nd place finish in the NCAA Team Championships in 2006! wow! 🙂

wow --- I was about 70 pounds larger!

To be a good shot putter, you have to do heavy weightlifting and that little thing called running– is not in a thrower’s vocabulary. 😀 But — since I am retired, I knew that I had to lose the weight. No more steak and cajun ribeye steaks for me! It’s easy and simple, and I would recommend Jenny Craig to any athlete that has finished their athletic career.
