Florida Gators are NCAA Champs in Basketball!!

It’s great— to be— a —-Florida Gator!!!  I remember we sang that when we won our conference championship in track and field– and it’s the same feeling with the Florida basketball team.  Florida beat Ohio State yesterday and became back to back champions.  I wasn’t able to watch it (I had class), and everyone was like– Karen, why aren’t you watching the game??!!  I had a feeling that Florida was going to win! 🙂  Congrats Read more…

**BIG ANNOUNCEMENT — I’m back in Track!**

Hello Everyone, I have a big announcement to make!  I am back in track and field. 🙂  I had my first meet of 2007 yesterday and I threw 60’1″ in the shot put.  Yeah, I thought that I was retired, but that is in the past– it distracts from the now (great line from Edna!)  Wow– it’s amazing what happens when you lose over 55 lbs!  That little shot goes really far! 🙂 **APRIL FOOL’S!!!!**

What a Week: Fashion, Fun, and Family!
