From Cape Town to Joburg to Kruger National Park!

It’s near the end of my time here in Cape Town, South Africa.  I have been here for almost two months, and it seems like the time has flown by! 

I have to say that I have enjoyed my time immensely and met some wonderful people at Total Media.  I thoroughly enjoyed  my time working with a great team in the fashion/ consumer division at Total Media:  Astrid, Michelle, Dan, and Anneke.  The corporate team includes : Ingrid, Kaz, and Daniella– what great people!  Thank you guys for all of your help and being so kind! 🙂

I also really enjoyed chance to work with — our fearless leader — Tziona- she is absolutely amazing!  She really knows the PR business and was kind enough to take the time to help me learn the ‘Total Media’ way.  Thank you all for making my time in Cape Town as a PR Intern so enjoyable and educational! 🙂

What’s up next for me? 

Next, Our class will be participating in our week-long excursion to ‘Joburg’ and to the Kruger National Park.  I am so excited!!  We first head to ‘Joburg’ for two days, and then we will make the drive to the Kruger National Park, where we will spend three days looking at all the animals that you get to see in zoos.  The only difference is that there are no fences, no exhibits– just the open range of Africa! 🙂 

I still have some more time in Cape Town with site seeing and double decker buses! Of course, I had to see the latest installment in the Harry Potter legacy! Fab! Just fabulous!

After that– we then head back to Joburg for a few more days, and then,  I will be flying back to California and their ‘summer!’  Only 20 hrs of flying and I’ll be back home! 🙂
