Happy Thanksgiving everyone plus 1!  Yes, yesterday was the day where we got to eat lots and lots of turkey, corn bread, and amazing apple and cranberry cobbler (absolutely divine!)  I actually stayed in Knoxville for Thanksgiving.  It is that time of year when classes are about to end and I had a presentation for one of my Marketing classes on Wednesday, and three papers and assignments to do the following week.  I missed spending time with Mom, Dad, Kristin, and Karla for Thanksgiving, but I will be home in CA in a couple of weeks for Christmas. 🙂

Anyway, I was invited by my good friend Angela over to her house for Thanksgiving with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Pratt.  My friends Aya and Carol also come and had Thanksgiving with us.  It was so great!  The turkey was really amazing, and there were so many side dishes to choose from! We had sweet potatoes, corn bread pudding (yum!), mashed potatoes, peas, and so much more!  I am very thankful to have such wonderful friends. 🙂

Thank you Angela, Mr. Pratt, and Mrs. Pratt for inviting me for a very wonderful Thanksgiving dinner!  I had a marvelous time! 🙂  Thank you so much! 🙂

Best Wishes,

Karen 🙂
