Ever since I have been on Jenny Craig, I have embraced my inner-foodie. I believe that I have always been a foodie– I practically ate everything in sight growing up and training in track and field. Plus, I think that the entire family are all foodies! 🙂 But one of the things that I have enjoyed is to cook and prepare gourmet dishes– which got me interested in what some of the celebrity chef’s do. One of the chef’s that I got interested in was Emeril, who was in one of my favorite movies with Queen Latifah (“Last Holiday”) Classic!
What is sad is that I just saw online that Food Network is canceling Emeril’s cooking show— say it isn’t so! 🙁 How sad! I didn’t realize that his show has been on for ten years– wow! That is amazing! Anyway, I just want to say that cooking fabulous meals is an art and a talent– and that is what Emeril does! So to sum it all up– best of luck Emeril and I hope that you continue to share with the world your great cooking skills!
