Merry Christmas everyone!
I hope that you all had a fabulous day yesterday! I would have to say that my all-time favorite holiday would be Christmas. One of the things that we do in our family for the holidays is plan a very special meal, and yesterday was no exception.
The Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cheesecake
It started actually a couple of days ago making the dessert, which was a peanut-butter and chocolate cheesecake. Is this over the top? I can never tell! 😀 What we did a little differently is add Lindt truffles filled with peanut butter on top of the cheesecake. Omg– it was absolutely amazing!
Our Christmas Meal
Mom and Dad made the main Christmas meal– Dad fixed an apricot and pineapple glaze for the ham, and Mom made scallop potatoes and dinner rolls. We also had peas to go along with our meal. It was really amazing and everything tasted so good! 🙂 I think that Jenny Craig will definitely understand. 🙂
