Okay, I know that this may sound crazy– but there are women out there that LIKE football! I am amazed when I here women out there say that they don’t like sports or football– what are they thinking?!! Mom is the BIG football fan– she watches all type of football: College, NFL, and Arena Football. I’m actually going to an Arena Football game in March– should be exciting! 🙂
Anyway– the Super Bowl is just around the corner and will happen down in Miami. It will be the Indianapolis Colts versus the Chicago Bears. As Mike Myers and crew said in a SNL skit “DA BEARS!!!” I like both teams– for different reasons. I like the Bears because Rex Grossman went to Florida and I got a chance to meet him one time in the weightroom with Coach Ron Zook. Really nice guy. I also like the Colts because their team in general doesn’t have the drama or “PR Nightmares” like some of the other NFL teams have. The players and the coach seem to get along really well– and that is refreshing to see. 🙂
So– in other words, I will be cheering for both teams. It’s great to see all of these talented players play and have fun. All of these football players and coaches should all be respected because they proved that they are the best to play in the Super Bowl.
