Fab, fab, and fabulous Brazilian food in Knoxville!

One of the things that I have enjoyed doing is exploring new cuisine and trying out new adventures when it comes to food.  I had the chance to do this this weekend by going and having a most fabulous dinner at Brazeiros, a Brazilian Steakhouse.  When I first heard that there was going to be a Brazilian steakhouse in Knoxville, I got very excited!  I went to one when Kristin and I were in Rio de Janeiro in May for the Reputation Institute Conference, and I remember two things coming to mind.  First, steak and more steak – what a beautiful thing, and second – how come I didn’t discover this when I was a thrower and in training??! 🙂

I went to dinner with my friends to celebrate my birthday, and the experience I had at Brazerios was top-notched and absolutely fabulous!  The service was really amazing – the hostess and servers were always attentive and very professional and nice to everyone.  The atmosphere was warm and inviting – which is one of the things that really made me think that this was a special place.  And then of course – there was the food – and let’s just say that this is now going to be on my top five places to go to in Tennessee by far!  The servers came around with 12 (yes, that is 12) different types of meats for us to try and sample.  We also got a chance for the first course to have a trip to the salad bar, and that was very cool as well.  There were different vegetables, salads and toppings, and cheese (of course!)  As Mom says – cheese is a major food group! 🙂

Overall, the experience I had at Brazeiros was absolutely amazing and fabulous!  I strongly recommend that if you have a chance to to go one place in Knoxville for amazing food and service – go to Brazieros!  For the price that you get with not only the service, food, and atmosphere – it is totally worth it! 🙂  I know I will be taking Kristin here when she comes to TN next time, and I already told Mom and Dad that I will take them here when they come out for my graduation.  So, if you are interested in a fabulous time, wonderful service and atmosphere, and an overall special and memorable experience – head over to Brazeiros in Knoxville for a fabulous dinner! 🙂  It is a truly heavenly place for a true foodie! 🙂
