One of the things that I have always loved to do is to cook. I love making all sorts of things– from steak to cookies– I loved cooking! And I also loved the “eating” part that follows the cooking as well, and that is one of the things that I have changed since being on Jenny Craig. We cook our meals on Jenny, but it is what Arnold in the movie “Twins” calls “nuked food”. Hey, it tastes great, but it’s different from actually making something from scratch.
What did I do? Well, Valentine’s Day is coming up– and I wanted to get some nice things for my family members. I got Kristin some ethel M chocolates (they are the best!), Mom and Dad some nice roses (because they are also doing great on Jenny and I didn’t want to corrupt them), and I made Karla a Valentine’s Day cookie.
As you can see– it is in the shape of a heart, and it has frosting and sprinkles on it as well. The recipe is pretty simple, and quite tasty!
I had a lot of fun cooking– and the fact that it made my apartment smell like a cookie factory! There is nothing like a homemade treat. 🙂 I hope you like your cookie Karla! 🙂
