Hi everyone,
Yes– the day is almost here! No, it is not graduation (not yet anyway) :)– it’s the start of FOOTBALL season! That’s right, the first game for USC is going to be all the way in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I have been to the University of Arkansas campus MANY times– I got to compete at the Tyson Invitational indoor track and field meet and the NCAA indoor meet was there for the four years I competed indoors.
Even though it is a long flight for our football players, I think that they will have a good time there. Now, if they get to go to the restaurant “The Marketplace”– I will be so jealous! Their cajun ribeye is SOOO good! I looked forward to go to Arkansas just for that! 🙂 Now I can just look at the picture and remember how good it tasted… sigh! 🙂
Anyway, I wish our football team the best of luck and I think that this is going to be a great year for our team! Fight on!
I better go and get back to doing some school work. I am right now starting research for my thesis, along with doing school work, helping out with the track team– there’s always things to do! Have a great day! 🙂
