**BIG ANNOUNCEMENT — I’m back in Track!**

Hello Everyone,

I have a big announcement to make!  I am back in track and field. 🙂  I had my first meet of 2007 yesterday and I threw 60’1″ in the shot put.  Yeah, I thought that I was retired, but that is in the past– it distracts from the now (great line from Edna!)  Wow– it’s amazing what happens when you lose over 55 lbs!  That little shot goes really far! 🙂
