I’m done with my first year of my Ph.D. program!
I’m done with the semester– one year down, a few more to go!
Yesterday, I finished my first year of my Ph.D. program at the University of Tennessee. It has been a great experience so far. I have learned a lot about research, public relations, and presenting at various conferences. My professors and classmates are great to work with, and I am looking forward to the next couple of years. 
What is up next? I am going to be working on preparing for my conference in China at the end of May, and then I will start Summer School in June. From working on research projects and traveling– there’s a lot going on for me!
