Hi everyone,
Well, it’s my second week on my new diet plan for Jenny Craig. It’s getting better– I am not feeling completely starved like I did last week! 🙂 You know when you are dieting when you start dreaming about food (for me, it’s ice cream). But I am keeping my eye on the prize, which is the important thing to remember! 🙂
I went for my second weigh in and I lost 7 lbs in 6 days. I was like– whoa!! That is 22 lbs total for not even two weeks!!! Everyone at the JC Office was like– what are you doing? The reason why I am losing the weight is because 1) I am still exercising like I was when I was an athlete and 2) my food portions are like a 1/3 of what I was eating!!! It’s simple, and VERY effective!
We started our finals this week. It’s pretty early, but we are going to be done before Thanksgiving, so that is really neat! 🙂 I just finished a law presentation on Tuesday and I have a paper due next week. WOW! I am amazed on how fast this semester has gone. And track is starting in a couple of weeks– amazing! 🙂
Next week is Thanksgiving, so I’m going to be good for breakfast and lunch– but for dinner… BRING ON THE TURDUCKEN!!! 🙂
While working on my lovely final papers (30 + pages), I will be watching the Trojans and The Cal Bears play football! That will be a really good game– but next week is Notre Dame– now that is an intense rivalry!! But it’ll be a lot of fun! 🙂
