Hi everyone,

I have been changing up my workout routine a bit this past week.  I have been adding more reps for each of my weightlifting exercises (to burn off more).  It’s been working really well for me–I have been seeing really good results so far.  I am going to have to buy all new clothes by the end of the summer, but that is okay with me! 😀

Both my parents have been working out with me as well.  Dad weightlifts with me and Mom does her weightlifting exercises and then goes on the Stairmaster.  I thought today– well, I’ll take a break from my running today and I’ll do a session on the stairmaster.  How hard can that be??  HA!!!  I thought that I was going to DIE!!  If anyone has been on one of these stairmasters– you know what I mean!  When I go running– I am sweaty maybe after running for 5-8 minutes.  On the stairmaster– make that 2 minutes and by the time 5 minutes comes around, it’s Niagra Falls time! 

After the longest 20 minutes of my life, I crawled off the machine and looked at myself in the mirror and was like– yea!  I’m done!!!  I felt happy that I was finally off the evil stairmaster machine.  I hate to say this– but it does give you a great workout.  It’s an evil machine– but it gets the job done. 🙂  As long as I lose weight, it doesn’t matter how I lose it– but being on the stairmaster– time seems to stand still!  Oh well!
