It is very exciting to see my schools make it to some of the biggest bowl games out there! Tennessee gets to face Wisconsin in the Outback Bowl (what a great sponsor!) while Florida faces Michigan in the Capital One Bowl. And what about USC? They face Illinois in the Rose Bowl!
Why am I excited about this game? Well, I am really looking forward to this game for several reasons. First, it is the Rose Bowl!!!! It is considered to be the bowl game to see! Plus, it is in California (enough said!) 🙂 And.. it’s Zook!! The Rose Bowl this year with feature two of my favorite football coaches: Pete Carroll and Ron Zook! I have posted many times that I have been a Zook fan ever since he was the football coach at Florida. I think that he has done a tremendous job with the football program at Illinois and what a way to end the season by playing against the Trojans! I think that this will be a really great game to watch! 🙂 Fight On! 🙂
