One of the exciting things about living in a new place is to see some of the main attractions that it can offer! So, Mom and I drove outside Knoxville to the town of Gatlinburg to visit the Ripley’s Aquarium. Both Mom and I love animals and fish, so we were really excited to find out about this place. It was absolutely amazing! They had so many exhibits and attractions– we really had a great time! 🙂 Then we got to go on a cable car up a mountain to overlook the town. What an amazing view! 🙂 Here are some more pictures of our trip!
After our time in Gatlinburg, we headed to get some food at Huck Fin’s Catfish place. Let’s just say that it was absolutely divine, and I told Dad that he has to come and eat at this place! 🙂 It was amazing! The dish that I got had catfish, gator, and frog legs. I never had frog legs before– and as they say, it does tastes like chicken! 🙂
Tomorrow is an exciting day for me– my first day of Ph.D. classes at Tennessee! I will keep you all posted on what it is like! I hope you all have a great day!
