My
'Amarula' Carrot Cake!

Hi!
This year I wanted to have something that reminded me of
home and my wonderful experiences in South Africa! Obviously,
it had a lot to do with baking something wonderful for my birthday!
So,
For the first time , I decided to tackle my Mother's recipe for
 Amarula Carrot cake! I did change it a bit!
 
   
 

I used a whole lot
more Amarula in my
 Carrot Cake than
called for by mom
in the recipe!

ooooops!

(also one extra egg
and no salt!)
